Tracey Emin talks to Stephen Fry | The Space.

“Artist Tracey Emin and actor, writer and comedian Stephen Fry were live in conversation from Margate’s Turner Contemporary on The Space on Friday evening.

This is a recording of the event, which saw the pair talk about Emin’s homecoming exhibition She Lay Down Deep Beneath the Sea, growing up in Margate and the relationship of her work to Rodin and JMW Turner, also on show at the gallery.

Ahead of the event, Emin said: “I’m not just excited, I’m incredibly nervous about being interviewed by one of the most intelligent men in the world. But it does take two to tango.”

Tracey Emin’s exhibition at Margate’s Turner Contemporary is part of the London 2012 Festival.
